Any decisions related to lenders, brokers, vendors, or service providers should be made based on the participant's own due diligence.

 - By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

 - You may not use the Programs or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

 - A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to the Services.

 - Accurate Information: Participants must provide accurate details during registration and checkout, including a valid email address. Program access details are sent to the email address you provide.

 - Personal Use: Login details are for your personal use and may not be shared.

 - Account Termination: Accounts may be terminated for providing false information or engaging in prohibited activities.

Upon purchase of a Program, participants receive access to an online course platform or other digital platform used to deliver course materials, resources, and educational content. Access may include video modules, downloadable resources, bonus content, templates, calculators, scripts, and other program tools, and community features where available.

Platform access is granted as a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use only. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue platform access at any time.

 - Free Calls: Customers may be invited to book a free call with a member of our team. Calls are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party. Booking a call does not obligate you to purchase anything.

 - Call Recording: Calls with our team may be recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes. By booking and joining a call, you consent to it being recorded. If you do not consent, tell the team member at the start of the call.

Participants may be granted access to a private online community associated with the Programs. Respectful interaction is mandatory during all Program sessions, in any community environment, and in all communications. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

The Company reserves the right to remove participants from community environments or terminate Program access for violations of these standards.

Participants are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only. Participants may not reproduce or distribute Program materials, share login access, resell or sublicense Program content, create derivative works based on the Programs, or use the Programs for commercial teaching or resale purposes. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal enforcement.

 - Payment Methods: Accepted methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other listed options. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors.

 - Authorization: By completing a purchase, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the applicable purchase amount. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize each scheduled payment until the plan is paid in full.

 - Billing Descriptor: Charges appear on your statement under the Acquisition Ace name.

 1 - Chargebacks initiated beyond 30 days will be contested.

 2 - We will provide purchase records and activity logs in any dispute.

 3 - You waive the right to pursue chargebacks after this period unless required by law.

In the event of a chargeback, access to the Programs may be terminated, evidence of your agreement to these Terms may be submitted in dispute proceedings, and the Company may pursue recovery of associated costs where permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and We Scale Creators LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Programs. This includes, without limitation:

 - financial outcomes, cash flow, or income results

business purchase, financing, or other financial decisions made by participants

 - reliance on educational materials, templates, or calculators

 - use of any third-party platform, lender, broker, or service provider

The Company's total liability for any claim related to the Programs shall not exceed the total amount paid by the participant for the applicable Program.

By registering for, purchasing, accessing, or using the Programs, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless El Kei Communications LLC dba Acquisition Ace, Ben Kelly, We Scale Creators LLC, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

 - your business activities, acquisition decisions, or financial losses

 - any content or information you submit to us or to any community associated with the Programs

 - your violation of these terms or any applicable law or regulation

 - any dispute between you and any third-party platform, lender, broker, seller, or service provider

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its applicable arbitration rules.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings are not permitted.

The arbitration decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. You consent to the jurisdiction of federal and state courts within the State of Florida for any matters not subject to arbitration.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting on the Company's website or within the member area. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Consent: By purchasing or registering for the Programs, participants consent to receive marketing materials and communications related to Ben Kelly's current or future offerings.

Opt-Out: Participants can opt out of receiving marketing communications by replying "STOP" to SMS messages or clicking "Unsubscribe" in emails.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from El Kei Communications LLC dba Acquisition Ace related to your account, program updates, coaching, and promotional offers. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

 - Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
